If you are willing and keen, if you display courage and dash to absorb the right knowledge and develop the right personality, you will undoubtedly win.
Education Society, Jaipur decided to setup a Management institution. We are working to provide quality education in Rajasthan and running this college with experience and proper leadership, incorporated into planning and direction. This has resulted in the continuous progress and development of the college. The curriculum in education to incorporates Management education with ethical standards for the new generation
But the question now arises whether our Quality education is sufficient in this corporate world or not? What should the institutions teach? what place should ethics find in their curriculum? I want to tell our teaching staff and students that we are loosing our Indian values and ethical standards. In the words of a famous thinker: "Politics without principles, education without character, science without humanity, commerce without morality, are not only useless, but also positively dangerous."
It is essential that every student should learn and practice the basic ethical principles for the blossoming of their true nature. The primary obligation is to recognize the divinity that is present in each of them. In the olden senses, observance of the accepted code of discipline are the hallmarks of a cultured man.
We should give due place to the Indian culture and values. Money that earned by improper and immoral ways, can confer neither peace nor happiness. "Young people take great pains to acquire degrees for securing good jobs. But they hardly take any trouble to develop their character and personality, Good conduct and character. Man becomes and artificial, mechanical human being with no genuine human quality in him."
The study of "Indian Ethos and Values" will be the most distinctive features in the college education. The relations between management and employees should be like those between a mother child, based on mutual love and understanding.
I always believe that success is what all of us aspire for, and the responsibility to mentor the young students lies on the guardians and the institution . Success has to be earned and it demands sustained hard work, discipline and faith. The students should posses if need be, develop independent thinking and decision making skills. They should also have clear career oriented vision and set goals for their life which should help them build a strong foundation for a bright future. A spell bound response from the students in the Tally and MOS courses has been impressive. This healthy participation of the students will equip them with practical knowledge to bridge the gap between the academic know-how and industry demand. Though we have made various endeavors all-round the year to fulfill this academic and creative
mission in the form of seminars, activities, PEP, IOP and serious education. I insist the students to explore their inquisitiveness and develop the general awareness thereby not restricting their boundaries of know how to only their academic course content. If you are willing and keen, if you display courage and dash to develop right knowledge and personality, you will invariably win.
In the end, I assure all the students that they will get quality education in SIMM by our learned, experienced and dedicated faculty members. Wishing you all a grand success.
